Chicken Parisienne
1-2 lbs chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can white cooking wine
1 can mushrooms (or fresh)
Cook on low all day. 30 minutes before serving add 1 cup of sour cream mixed with 1/4 cup flour. Stir and heat for 30 minutes. Serve over egg noodles or rice. 6 pts per serving if you do Weight Watchers.
