Hot Feta Artichoke Dip

SERVES 4 -6 , 2 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
1 garlic clove, minced
chopped tomato, garnish (optional)
chopped green onion, garnish (optional)

Directions
1Preheat oven to 350°.
2Mix all ingredients together.
3Place mixture in a pie pan.
4Bake 20- 25 minutes or until slightly browned.
5If you like top with tomatoes and green onions.
6Serve with pita bread, bagel toast, crackers or even tortilla chips.
